A Word from Our Founder:

Thank you for visiting. 

I decided to start this firm after years working in the Department of Justice, white-shoe corporate law, and non-profits because I saw that the employment law model was broken. Too many plaintiff-side firms try to maximize caseloads at the expense of their clients’ interests. Too many defense-side firms focus on billable hours and drag out disputes rather than reducing liability by fixing the underlying issues.

At my firm, we identify bold, creative strategies to prevent unnecessary litigation and protracted disputes. I have found that most clients – both individual and institutional – do not want to end up in litigation. It is crucial for clients to seek legal counsel before litigation is imminent, or already has started, so that we can work together to manage workplace crises.

If we need to fight, we will.  The unfortunate reality is that some entities still are all too willing to break the law to get what they want.  It is unusual for a small law firm to take on large corporations, law firms, and other established institutions.  But we are not your average firm.

We have pursued companies and individuals in positions of power who thought they were untouchable. We will continue to fight so that our clients can move their companies to deliver on their own promises to take corporate responsibility. We will not stop holding bad actors accountable.

When counseling management side clients, we work closely with employers to bring their companies into legal compliance and to resolve workplace disputes in a fair and thoughtful manner.
